重訓心得?(女生) - 健身

嗨嗨大家好
我是從2014六月開始接觸龍舟
目標是能舉更重!!手臂變壯XD
體重什麼的沒有很在意 腹肌也沒特別練
我沒運動前是40公斤-43公斤上下
165cm
六月-九月
平均ㄧ星期兩次的划龍舟訓練 +心血來潮去建身房跑步
十月/十一月去crossfit 重訓 或 5x5 strong lift
一星期三-四次 一次一小時多
十二月整個月只重訓了三次:(
生病+出國
一月開始規率的去做5x5 stronglift

2013十月 手臂側面沒線條+好像有點胖(?

左右手角度好像有差

45lb(空槓)-> 75lb
深蹲
45lb (空槓)-> 110 max , 5x5了話 90lb很吃力
(Stronglift 我最不喜歡這個:( )
硬舉
60lb -> 145 max , 5x5 130lb
Over head press (這個叫什麼。。上推嗎?)
25lb->45lb (空槓)
Barbell Row
...舉不起來 ->55 lb
引體向上 無輔助
零下—> 三下
划船機
三分鍾
450m->700m
2:30 /500m -> 2:10/500m
最近ㄧ直卡住,深蹲ㄧ直80lb就累了 我第一次跟龍舟隊去健身,大家的暖身是100lb :(
Bench press 也無法把75lb 5x5 做完 QQ
要ㄧ直告訴自己要有耐心QQ覺得跟隊上的女生比我好弱雞QQ
有重訓的女生來認親吧!!
