槓鈴臥推下行時一定要碰到胸部? - 健身

各位巨巨好
練槓鈴臥推幾個星期了,這段時間陸續也在看一些網路教學影片,
突然發現有一點是自己之前忽略的,就是槓鈴往下時,槓並沒有
碰到胸部,而是停在離胸部大約還有5~10公分左右,就往上推了。
於是昨天我試著讓槓碰到胸部以後再往上推,結果這短短
5~10公分左右的距離,推起來確實有很大差別,但是最有感的
不是胸部,而是前三角。感覺上,我之前忽略的這幾公分,好像
是靠前三角推上去的,而不是靠胸部。
過了這一段距離再往上,就和之前胸推一樣了,胸部很有感。
然後晚上睡覺時,前三角也很明顯比之前做胸推時要來的酸。
請問是否因為我胸部力量還不夠,才會導致這種情況啊?
可是大約相同重量,我若改拿啞鈴做胸推,下行時位置就算下到
非常低(啞鈴有低於胸部),也不會感覺是靠前三角推上去的耶。
怎麼辦,巨巨們胸推時會嚴格要求槓一定要碰胸嗎?
