小弟連續幾天慢跑後,發現左邊膝蓋酸酸痛痛的,騎車亂晃看到路邊的國術館就進去看看
,師傅檢查了後說我長期走路跑步姿勢不正確,正確來說應該要腳掌先著地,造成我的左
腳向上拉扯形成長短腳,影響到我的腰和膝蓋,說也奇怪,師傅幫我矯正完,我原本長期
的
邊腰痛,竟然就消失了。
師傅叮嚀我說回去走路跑步要用前腳掌著地再後腳跟的方式,否則可能會再復發。
上網找資料,大部分認為的正確走路姿勢還是腳跟先著地,但我也有查到一些資料認為是
腳掌先著地的好

自己試還是不太習慣,常常會變成腳掌跟腳跟同時著地或踮著腳尖走路
