三餐內容
早餐:
豬排一塊 約120g 薯泥沙拉 60g 生菜小黃瓜若干 麵包50g
小杯綠茶or豆漿
午餐:
看媽媽心情 大致上是一魚一肉兩菜一湯 加一碗飯
估計約750 Kcal
晚餐:
三片蘇打餅(標示熱量45/片) 三碟燙or水炒青菜
有時補一杯豆漿
其他:水果一天2~3份
日常作息時間:6:30~00:00
生活型態: 全職考生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
沒補習(一週四天)
早晚跑步機各超慢跑4000~6000(速7.7~8.0)
中間穿插 800~1200走(速5~6)
時間約早晚各1hr 心跳快走時138~143 慢跑150~155
有補習就只跑一次(一週三天)
重訓三天做一輪(負重前曲天天做)
每天重訓約 大肌群1~2種 各4~5組 小肌群2~3種 各3~5組
我的問題:只是個待批 希望能減的健康
目標是減輕16.4kg脂肪 骨骼肌維持在38~40kg
希望完成的時間是八個月到一年
