每兩天一次重訓但是... - 健身

本來想打算每兩天做一次重訓的
但是發現這樣
即使我中間有休息一天
或者做一些小跑步
在下次做的重訓的時候身體還殘留前一次重訓的酸痛
結果一樣重量就沒辦法跟上一次一樣做那麼多下
例如之前是一項一次做15下變成做10下就不行了
這樣是正常的嗎?
做了兩三個星期一直有這個問題存在
我該多休息一天再做還是該怎麼做呢?
