我是位新手,只鍛鍊胸肌、2頭肌已有2.3星期,只有啞鈴!
需要在鍛鍊哪些地方來平衡身體?
初期目標:( 開始練時的目標 )
只想把上半身練出線條!
身高:170 Cm 體重:58~60 Kg ( 睡醒秤,跟月亮一樣,初一、十五都不一樣 )
自練程序:
每天早晚各練一次。練前有小拉一下筋當暖身。每組間隔一分鐘休息,換姿勢間隔五分鐘
休息!每次練完喝兩(紙)杯牛奶!
睡醒:俯地挺身 平均5組:頭下腳上,目前每組15下,約半分鐘做完一組!
( 第一組做到有點酸;不酸繼續往上+,以5為單位 )
舉啞鈴(18P) 平均6組:拳復向內啞鈴打直,目前每組20下!
( 第一組做到有點酸;不酸繼續往上+,以5為單位 )
睡前:俯地挺身 平均5組:頭上腳下,目前每組20下,約半分鐘做完一組!
( 第一組做到有點酸;不酸繼續往上+,以5為單位 )
前兩三天做完肌肉會酸痛,後來就完全不會!
這樣持續下去身體一定會失衡,也不敢亂練免的更不平衡!
Q1:請問我需要在訓練哪些地方來平衡身體?
Q2:爬文得知肌肉要休息48小時,模仿下列課程行嗎?
MON-- 1)上胸肌
2)腹肌
TUES-- 1)2頭+3頭
2)肩膀
WED-- 1)臀部
2)大腿
THURS-- 如同 MON
FRI-- 如同 TUES
