各位巨巨好
小弟是個新手
之前在看水肥大大的文章時偶然看到種練法是說每天練
每個部位挑一種動作做個3組就收工,大概是最大量的70%即可
原因似乎與同化作用有關
不過文章對於細節沒有寫得很清楚
有人也是天天練這三大肌群的嗎?
不知道效果如何,或者有沒有菜單呢??
麻煩各位大大指點我一下
