對不起各位大大 我前幾天沒電腦
我有看到各位大大給我的回應
不過我真的不是說要瘦多少 一定要受到很瘦很瘦
那我現在聽從大家建議 熱量攝取再多點
我其實已經都沒再吃零食
運動也都很固定的量再動
還是說這樣維持下去就好了呢
因用我男友帳號po文
最後附上我運動照片 上次忘了附上
還有我身材是170/60左右
希望我這樣保持下去 有天我也可以發心得文 加油加油
可以發偏心得文是體之訪很標準的文章:)
