每天都拉單槓會反而不利進步嗎? - 健身

因為小弟一下都拉不上去,所以最近每天都照三餐去公司跟家裡附近公園拉單槓,睡前也
拉,拉的方式就是正反手跳上去反覆用離心練,拉了將近一個月,結果當然是拉到整個手
臂酸痛到不行,但我還是一樣照拉,只是手臂還在酸痛的情況下去拉,好像越拉越退步,
因
為手臂已經沒力了,那這樣每天拉會不會反而不會進步還是要休息比較好?
