以下問題希望可以得到解答
減肥的人都知道
每天減少些微熱量攝取
累計平均減少7700kal便能減1kg
最近習慣用justfit app輔助紀錄每天運動與飲食
輸入基本資料會有每天建議攝取熱量
(ex.25歲女,160cm,50kg,每日應攝取1700kal)
當輸入運動項目會有消耗熱量
(ex.重訓30min,130kal)
如果以日為單位
當天總熱量過高時可以增加運動來抵充
(多吃200kal就多跑步1hr)
這樣說法對嗎?
如果以上說法是對的
每天不忌口又積極運動的人
是否就不會胖?
這樣講好像又怪怪的

女人的衣櫃永遠少1件衣服
女人的身上也永遠多1公斤的肥肉
減肥的大家都是在什麼時間點
才決定我這樣就夠了不想減了呢
