原本一開始抱著
只要一直練 總有一天會變大隻 的心態開始練
結果 每個禮拜至少去3次 至多4次 也練了快一年
結果看著鏡子裡的自己 還是瘦皮猴阿 幹
除了有肌肉雛型以外 肉量根本沒有起來
由於我去的時段都差不多 感覺那些巨巨常客都快記住我了
可是我還是這個樣子 囧
有時候真的會想 我這樣練到底有沒有用? 要這樣繼續嗎?
但還是 甘之如飴地 做完每個set
雖然練完當下 練的部位 有腫 有酸
但是隔兩天 還是打回原形 感覺每次練的似乎都累積不起來
每次練 都像從0開始 囧rz
