我就練全身的,上班前先練
胸X3,三頭X2,中三角X1
六個動作各六組(後兩組沒力就遞減重量)
晚上睡前在練
背部X3,前三角X1,後三角X1,二頭X1
組數同上。
一週三天
在有腎臟病高血壓只能低蛋白,膝蓋又受傷不能有氧(休息日只能去公園快走10公里)
40歲大叔就是練身體健康的……
