這幾天跟朋友出國
三天四夜
前三天每天幾乎都要走五.六小時的路
走到腳非常非常的不舒服
加上那邊的食物又油又鹹的
剛剛量體重,體重從57到61.......
今天沒上廁所,所以可能上完會有點誤差
但我想也不會差到哪去啦
只是整個人又腫又繃月經又快來
這樣到底正不正常阿
一下暴增4公斤真的有點恐怖...
第一次這樣,整個人都不太舒服
有什麼方法可以讓我快點消腫嗎?
