體重不降反增 - 健身

我跟原po有同樣的問題, 而且我比原PO更沮喪
我是每個月花一千多去去curves運動, 每天車程+運動花了一個小時
看DM 分享 別人加入後每個月至少瘦一公斤, 但我卻沒有
第一個月還變重
第二個月只比原來減了0.3公斤
量了體圍 只有下胸圍變小 其它沒變小還變胖
腰圍本來才79 現在成了80 臀圍也沒有減少 大腿手臂也才減個0.幾公分
體脂肪兩個月加起來才減了0.6公斤
(原本測量好像是佔30%的樣子,減了0.6公斤看有沒有減1%...)
若說第一個月我有吃幾次大餐 會變胖 我承認就算了
可是第二個月我三餐都正常 食量也正常
但還是沒怎變瘦
我大概每週去4-5次
有時候加班到很晚沒辦法,(我下班他早都關門了)
但一個禮拜至少也會去到3次
真的不知道怎麼會這樣 感到很沮喪
我以為去做運動 就會變瘦 體重沒降至少體脂跟肌肉量也多一點
至少我穿衣服褲子不會還是很緊 衣服脫掉肉緊實一點
那感覺上前陣子我每天早上慢跑去買早餐瘦的還比較多.........
教練一直說要連續三個月以上才會有明顯效果...但是通常不是只要開始做運動
就會有明顯效果嗎? 是做了兩三個月才會停滯吧?
我實在是不明白.........
不太想去了...因為花時間花錢沒效果就算了還要被教練虧感到很厭煩
真的很想教他們閉嘴不要再提我的工作了 我已經下班了!!!
我本來就是不High的人 還要強迫我跟他們一起high也真的很煩!
