游泳的問題 - 健身

最近天氣實在非常適合游泳
這幾天去游泳下來的心得
小時候學的是捷式 不過長大都忘光
所以主要都是由蛙式
然後如果遊蛙式的話
基本上我可以一直遊都不會累
不過因為我自己有時間的限制的關係
大概都是遊1KM 30~40分鐘左右(想問這樣算慢嗎?)
上岸之後只會有一點喘 心跳也不像我跑完步一樣這麼快
請問這樣還算有運動到嗎....?
感覺跟散步的感覺差不多而已
有嚐試過改用捷式
不過不知道是我體力太差 還是姿勢不對
完全遊不下去
50M的水道 完全不可能遊完
好像太多話了
主要是想問 我這樣有運動到嗎
還是只是泡泡水 QQ
