我是女生
身高167
體重50-51
我持續運動一年多了
大概平均一個禮拜會跑3-4天
每次跑30-40分鐘
去年4月第一次量體脂大概是24%
第二次量是去年的11月降到22.7%
今年5月量第三次卻只降了0.7%(變成22%)
看到數據整個好失落
我好想有腹肌 所以我想要降到18%
(不過看到基代有變高有開心 從1100多到1200多)
我前兩個月有開始加入重訓
一個禮拜3天重訓3天有氧
我想問的是女生體脂22%要再下降是不是比較困難??
如果照我現在的3天重訓3天有氧夠嗎?
是否要試試看HIIT?
