最近對運動時間的選擇很猶豫, 兩種方式都嘗試過, 各有利弊
想問問大家覺得那種比較好呢?

(A) 6 pm | 8 pm 後 | 熱, 跑步跑不久 | 晚餐後可以念書, 睡的比較好

(B) 8 pm 後 | 6 pm | 較涼爽舒適 | 洗完澡就到就寢時間了, 但睡不著

之前都是選(A), 但現在天氣越來越熱就漸漸傾向(B)
比較喜歡這樣的時間安排, 晚餐也可以早點吃, 吃飽飽再去運動感覺比較有力
只是晚上會精神亢奮睡不著滿困擾的 orz
還有一個小問題, 因為有點害羞就沒有打在標題 XD
最近(一週左右)排便好像有點太順暢了.. 大約三餐過後會各一次
(之前都只有早上一次而已 @@)
不知道這是好事還是壞事呢? QQ
