食慾不佳痴不到基代怎辦 - 健身

可能因為吃藥的關係
這兩天超級吃不下
我好像血糖容易低,容易頭暈發抖
我的困擾是,這兩天,儘管我肚子好像會餓
可是我什麼都吃不下,之前po過幾篇減重降脂的文
也有注意置底和其他文章
所以我知道吃飯很重要
不儘要吃到基代,還要均衡
但我真的吃不下,還會噁心
三餐只好逼自己多少吃點
昨天菜單如下
早:三分之二個subway6吋嫩切
(醋和一點美奶茲)
午:半杯50嵐紅茶拿鐵微糖去冰
晚:植物的優和兩顆蓮霧和小七溫泉蛋
今天
早:1/3subway和昨天一樣只是更少
午:抹茶鮮奶三分糖
這兩天身體超虛根本沒力運動
我好擔心吃不下體重會降也影響體脂
問題是我真的吃不下
我平時已經在吃泌尿、婦科和皮膚過敏的藥
身體很差,但我還是努力運動和吃均衡
難道我這樣還要再看醫生吃藥嗎?
我都覺得我的肝要爆了
(還有在吃中藥)
這種時候怎辦?硬吃我會吐...
可是我想和平時一樣運動阿!
