最近開始想好好練身體 平常極少運動
20歲. 163.65kg
主要練身體的原因褲子穿不太下了..主要想瘦大腿及腰圍
但是有爬文說練肌肉是全身一起 所以上來問問 希望各位猛男給點菜單
