小弟剛健身快三個月了
量了身體組成
發現體脂太高了(22.9%)
超過了正常的上限20%
脂肪略重16kg
也超過正常上限15.6kg
肌肉量為正常30.4kg
想說該自己煮吃的了
但因為時間沒那麼多
考慮去好市多買食材
主要想買肉
但怕買貴或踩雷
想知道版上巨巨
去好市多都買什麼
肉或其他食材也可
