之前有運動的習慣,這2個月開始運動量變大
最近這幾個禮拜我的汗量變得很多
跑步機大概一個小時8.5公里的時候,我的上衣就全濕了
雖然有帶毛巾,但是還是覺得很難為情,不過汗很多可是不臭
所以最近我都會再多帶一條毛巾跟上衣來換
我穿的是棉質的上衣
我想請問一下我要改穿排汗衫嗎?因為很怕汗滴的到處都是
另外雖然體重減了8公斤左右,不過最近運動感覺很容易流汗,這是正常的嗎?
因為以前我是不太流汗的人,是代謝變快了嗎?
最近2個月每天至少運動2小時以上
