深蹲做到快昏倒 - 健身

各位巨巨好
我是一個健身的新手,之前也有稍微練一下,只是腿是最近才開始練的。
目前的重量跟各位巨巨比應該都只是暖身組吧
大概是 30kg 12下 1組
35kg 10下 1組
40kg 10下 1組
45kg 8-10下 4組
到25kg時,組距都休息時間挺長的
做完會非常喘,復原了六七成,就繼續做
結果今天就做到差點暈倒
跟我一起健身的朋友說我臉色蒼白
於是我就找張椅子坐一下 就走了QQ
請問一下,這要怎麼解決呢?
自己的體力比較差,所以是要搭配有氧練一下體能,增加自己重訓的持久力嗎?還是就持
續這樣練深蹲就好,因為在那麼喘的情況下,應該也是有達到有氧的效果
重量進步的速度慢也罷,重點是我喘成這樣根本沒法做呀QQ
