深蹲扛槓位置很酸痛 - 健身

如題
週五練完腿之後
菜單如下 每組8次 括號為重量
深蹲*3 (50,60,70)
硬舉*3 (40*2,45)
機器上推蹬*4 (120)
機器勾腿*2 (50)
保加利亞深蹲*2 (10)
其他動作 各*2 (10)
週六起床後發現扛槓的位置超級痠痛阿
深蹲的重量其實可以再往上加
但發現扛槓的位置太痛就沒加了
不知道是不是自己扛槓姿勢有問題
還是因為上半身太弱
之前從事的運度皆與腿有關 (三鐵項目)
導致上下半身強度差很多 (臥推才45)
要怎麼解決這個問題啊?
還是多扛幾次 身體習慣就沒事了?
