先講自己看到的:
硬舉初次嘗試110最後一下圓背了,舉的時候也有感覺到
深蹲可以再蹲低一點,起來卡住會膝蓋內夾
題外話:最近參加了舉重人在古亭武甲開的團練課,推
舉重爆發的感覺很爽~~
