因為想練翹臀 所以偏重深蹲的練習
目前極限是三~四組 每組15下
負重是20KG壺鈴
練的時候也有配合呼吸
姿勢也有給教練調整過
但每次練到第三組的時候都頭開始暈 想吐
之前練到第四組馬上衝到廁所吐
想問這樣該如何改善才好?
