減肥x訓練 - 健身

各位板上的前輩好,小弟我是一位高三學生,日前因準備學測而完全沒有運動...
而在考完後,一直想著要來減去身上的脂肪,並增強自身的肌耐力
畢竟小弟伏地挺身、拉單槓連一下都做不來
仰臥起坐一分鐘也才28下
而平時體育課慢跑光是兩圈就要了我的命
小弟我目前184/94,體脂肪雖然不知道多少,但是一定很高
我目前排定了這樣的訓練菜單:
週一:慢跑3km(中途可快走)
週二:3組棒式訓練
週三:深蹲10下3組
週四:慢跑3km(中途可快走)
週五:3組棒式訓練
週六:深蹲10下3組
週日:慢跑3km(中途可快走)
想請問板上的前輩們這樣的訓練菜單是否有需要更改之處?
