如題
我會這樣問是因為
家裡附近開了一間WG的588(只有重訓那種)
但只靠重訓如果沒有搭配有氧課程
看板上文章發現好像也瘦不快
有在考慮是否到遠一點
到有其他有氧課程的WG呢?
感覺減肥要重訓+有氧並行成效最快
(當然主要還是吃跟毅力)
目前有控制在每天大概吃2000大卡內
早餐 水煮蛋+地瓜+優格
午餐 水煮雞胸肉便當(附近有賣)
晚餐 地瓜+優格(含堅果)+香蕉一根
持續大約一個月感覺腰圍有鬆一點
現在是只有在家看影片做簡單運動
如果我的觀念有錯的話
希望大家可以矯正我的觀念
