減肥真的不簡單...(嘆) - 健身

前一陣子才發了「減肥其實很簡單」的文章
現在要自打嘴巴了...
最近因為天氣變得很熱,完全沒有食欲
早上起床吃了二片全麥吐司+起司一片+荷包蛋+馬鈴薯沙拉(估計500大卡)後
一整天幾乎吃不下東西
早點跟午點都吃了半顆芭樂,
白開水一樣從8點~17點中間,每整點攝取室溫水300cc,一整天攝取2000~3000cc
晚餐吃不到1/3晚飯,菜只吃了二口
運動沒有改變,慢跑時速9km跑一個小時(計算方式:我一個小時跑9公里= =...)
重訓用body weight 一共30分鐘
可是因為吃不下東西,今天是食欲不振的第七天,跑步開始力不從心...
重訓也開始慢慢變的吃力Q""Q
完全不能體會那些用節食減重的感覺阿...我手腳都有種空虛無力的感覺了...
體重大量下降,只有數字好看,我自己知道我掉的都是健康~
好不容易讓心肺功能變好,能夠連續跑步一個小時耶!!!!可惡Q""""Q
現在要想辦法增加食慾,要吃到基代以上,真的好難...(嘆)
順便問一下大家
像我的基代是1400左右(在某間健身中心量的),再加上我的運動量(預估可消耗500)
是不是表示我一天至少要吃到1900以上呢?
