如同,想請問版上健身神父們,因為原PO真的太胖了,胖到身邊朋友每次碰面九一直掀衣
服捏肉.......覺得太丟臉了.......因此想要開始改變!
如果第一步是先做伏地挺身,之後再做其他運動,初學一天做100下伏地挺身會不會份量
一次太多!?做完肚子和手臂會很酸是正常的嗎!?
因為還在唸書,沒辦法有太多時間去外面運動,有沒有在家也能做的運動呢!? (就像上面
提的伏地挺身或是仰臥起坐之類的:D
PS.能不能連六塊肌也一起練!?
