目前想控制飲食,所以請同學排了菜單給我
早餐;全麥饅頭+茶葉蛋+無糖豆漿
10點點心 香蕉
午餐;紫米飯一碗+3樣菜《水煮》+水煮雞胸肉
晚餐 subway 6吋不加醬+無糖豆漿or 超商沙拉+豆漿+三角飯糰
想請問一下 這樣的量算多嗎
另外晚餐subway的照燒雞胸跟火雞雞胸該選那個好
