BMI:約19.2(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:約為24-25

參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容:
早餐:通常為一顆水煮蛋+桂格大燕麥片配無糖豆漿or無糖優酪乳
假日會吃希臘優格+一片花生醬全麥吐司
午餐:公司附近賣的便當 飯吃約一半
菜肉會吃完(主食通常不挑油炸的)
或是麵食類但不喝湯
晚餐:家裏煮的五穀飯半碗配上炒青菜or燙青菜+
燙雞肉or煎雞肉+菇類
其他:(可免填)
偶爾嘴饞會吃一兩片黑巧克力or無調味堅果
不喝飲料 只喝水or黑咖啡or無糖綠茶
假日有時朋友聚餐會吃比較多(頻率為一週兩次左右)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
上班9-6 約晚上12點睡覺

運動習慣:
目前有上教練課一週兩次 (從三月底開始)
沒上課的時間會自己在家做運動約3-4次一週
多半是看Youtuber做腹部運動or腿部
因為討厭跑步,之前有快走走小腿很容易腫脹
所以都做無氧偏多
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因為之前很愛吃零食跟飯加上久坐無運動
體重從48-49直升到52-53(多了約四公斤)
最困擾的是小腹的部分,所以下定決心要開始運動減脂
目前是把零食洋芋片戒了,飯改吃五穀飯
但是體重的部分完全沒變小腹也屹立不搖,體脂大概降了一左右,請問飲食菜單是否有需要再更改或是應該要加上有氧運動呢?謝謝
