三餐內容:
三餐全部自己煮,蔬菜全部不放油,熱鍋下辛香料後乾炒,油脂攝取來源完全是由肉類得來
早餐:蛋兩顆、無糖豆漿400ml、蔬菜2~3份(菜吃很多)、黑咖啡一杯
午餐:雞胸肉半個心型、蔬菜2~3份(菜吃很多)
晚餐:半條魚、蔬菜2~3份、水果兩份(芭樂、蘋果、奇異果 這三種水果裡挑兩種來吃、有時候會吃到三份)、豆漿1~3杯(300ml)
其他:1.我目前是無澱粉飲食
2.一個禮拜會有1~2餐作弊餐,作弊餐隨便吃,想吃什麼垃圾食物就吃什麼(通常是星期五晚上及星期六早餐)
日常作息時間:早上8點起床、晚上大概12~1點睡覺
生活型態:上班族

運動習慣:
星期一到星期五中午固定會去健身房
踩登階機25分鐘->重量訓練10分鐘(通常就是挑一個部位做)->跑步15分鐘->拉筋5分鐘
下班後則是 星期一 星期二 星期四 晚上會去健身房
登階機25分鐘-> 重量訓練20~30分鐘(腿部重訓)->跑步20分鐘->拉筋10~15分鐘
六日沒事也會兩天都去一次
我的問題:1.因為我的飲食很固定,所以一天吃多少蛋白質其實很容易看出來、基本上就是
(1)蛋兩顆
(2)豆漿3~4杯
(3)雞胸肉半個心型+半條魚 or 雞胸肉一整個心型
(4)有時候蔬菜裡會有一些四季豆等等植物性蛋白質
想請教版友們 ,我蛋白質有吃夠嗎?(目前這樣的飲食已經吃4個月了,體脂率從30%->20.2%,體重從60kg—>52.7kg)(其實我懶得算克數,備三餐就很累了哈哈)
然後我發現我最近晚上出門都會被蚊子叮,但我朋友都不會,是不是因為肉吃太多,加上沒吃澱粉,所以身體變酸性體質了QAQ? 目前每天上班都努力喝檸檬水
