三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
早餐:實施168減肥法所以沒吃但會喝冰咖啡一杯
午餐:十一點左右吃午餐
豆製品一小碗(豆乾、豆皮)約一個手大小的份量/
雞蛋一顆/任何青菜吃到七分飽/
肉類100-150g的肉類(里肌肉or雞胸肉)
晚餐:六點左右吃晚餐
毛豆100g/ 雞蛋一顆/青菜吃到七分飽/肉類100g(雞胸肉or雞腿肉)/豆腐兩小塊/一週有三
天會喝統一的無糖豆漿
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:早上九點起床,平常大概凌晨12:30才會睡著
生活型態:上班族(少動)
健康狀況:(是/否)
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?否
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?否
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?否

想請問各位大大們,小妹剛開始減脂到現在20天,採用減碳(基本上碳水很少)但是體重一
直沒有下降,始終57公斤 不過身邊朋友有說我整體看起來是有變瘦,一開始戒掉精緻澱
粉時又加上沒辦法像之前那樣吃飽導致沒有運動,所以這幾天才剛開始運動第四天,想請教
這樣的飲食是不是還需要加上其他碳水,還是這樣的吃法是可以的,或是什麼原因導致體重
沒有下降呢,謝謝各位。
有在板上爬了非常多文章,但還是有點疑惑
