減脂的調味 - 健身

各位巨巨午安~~
現在是魯妹的減脂期,因此幾乎都自己煮
菜單幾乎都是雞胸肉 青菜 雞蛋 糙米飯來變化
目前煮過泡菜雞 泡菜燉飯
用少許醬油調味的親子丼

魯妹的問題是,
魯妹煮飯奉行著少油少鹽的原則
幾乎都吃食物的原味,
利用洋蔥或紅蘿蔔的甜味來調味或是熬雞骨湯加進蒸蛋之類
但最近有點吃膩了
所以想問問巨巨前輩
有沒有什麼適合減脂期的調味方式
