減脂過程中小問題請教 - 健身

健身版首PO請多多指教
先來PO個身體組成
身高:166
體重:84.55
體脂:29.5%
水分:50.3%
內臟脂肪:11
蛋白質:16.5
肌肉:56.5KG
基礎代謝:1830大卡
骨質:3KG
註:以上數據均來自小米體脂計(聽說有點不准?)
小弟的目標是維持現有肌肉量的情況下將體脂減少至15%左右
主要是希望身體有些肌肉線條
但並不打算練成肌肉猛男...畢竟身高不高練成肌肉猛男感覺...
目前有在做重訓
頻率大約是3天一個循環
一天上半身一天腹部跟背最後一天練腿
(還是有前輩願意指點一下怎麼樣去規劃比較好@@初步接觸這種事情有點一頭霧水..)
看別人在訓練前後都會補充一點食物
但我的目標是減脂,每次都不知道我到底該不該吃
另外我健身的時間大約都落在15-18點左右
然後19點-21點要上班
(學校的工作,有關本科系的,想要在出社會前累積一點工作經驗因此先不考慮辭職)
因此每次訓練完都會很猶豫該不該吃東西,還是說乾脆等下班(晚上九點)再進食
另外是,小弟我也是外食族,在外面租屋,房東不給開火,快煮鍋那種也不行
而且也不好清潔
因此在食物上的選擇就比較困難
想詢問各位版友,有沒有類似的經驗
飲食上該怎麼選擇
(原型食物都好貴QQ,減肥感覺就是錢包會比人瘦的還快的過程)
有什麼東西是盡量不要碰的,有什麼是可以多多攝取的
還請各位前輩給點建議
