最近剛開始接觸健身
過去完全沒接觸過
所以有請教練
大概才剛開始一個月
魯肥我體脂28% (170/88)
健身了一個月沒什麼變
教練開始要我吃水煮餐(雞胸肉配花椰菜水煮蛋)
而且要吃很多餐
剛開始吃還好 都能正常吃
但過了兩三週後開始覺得雞胸肉很噁
沒辦法吃 難以下嚥
每次要吃都一直咬 然後要吞的時候卻吞不下去
硬要吞還會吐出來
但肚子卻很餓
然後沒吃東西又沒體力去練
減脂真的只有這個方法嗎?
真不知道該怎麼解決
課還有兩個月左右
很怕這樣下去會一直停滯不前
沒辦法再進步降體脂
人家說吃:練是7:3
好像不吃又不行
求各位前輩提供意見
