先前有找到朋友一起練,可是朋友有了異性後就常常消失=_=
因此想來詢問不知道有沒有板友有興趣一起練?
握推含槓大概可以推個60~70公斤(總重)左右,
想挑戰更重沒人補怕被壓死。
沒加班的話通常八九點左右會到港乾全真,
如果有興趣的朋友歡迎來信或者line聊聊,
