之前試了各種有氧
跑步和騎腳踏車的很容易力竭
但是游泳在力竭之前手就會酸了
手臂揮不起來所以游不快
不過感覺都沒有特別累
或是越游越慢@@
請問游泳是怎麼維持強度的
