暑假要到了,想趁機游泳綀體力,可是不知道在哪個時段游泳最有效,
我可以用的時間有:
早上到午餐前
午餐後到晚前
不知道是飯前游有效還是飯後一段時間去游比效有效??
想請大家建議一下時間~~
