游泳膝蓋痛.. - 健身

大家好~一直有斷斷續續的在運動
之前大一大二主要是打排球&跑步 結果腳踝和膝蓋有點受傷
(原本不是運動咖結果跑去參加球隊 高強度的體訓+原本體重就重=受傷了...)
右膝蓋常常跑沒兩圈就開始痛
後來退了系排 買了x-bike在家裡運動
但x-bike騎了一陣子膝蓋又開始痛 不影響日常生活 只有在運動的時候痛
無奈之下我只好捨近求遠跑去游泳
游泳算是我滿擅長的運動 因為學過好幾次所以姿勢應該還算標準...
游泳原本很緩解我的膝蓋痛 又有達到運動效果~
但最近....只要我游蛙式 游泳的當下沒什麼感覺 但一回到陸上就覺得右膝蓋怪怪的
平常如果盤腿坐膝蓋會整個劇痛
我已經在考慮要不要去看醫生了...orz 但我最近好窮只剩下吃飯錢了<囧>
遊自由式就不會 但我游自由式整個超喘 沒有辦法一直遊
游一兩趟就喘到不行 得停下來等到呼吸平復才能繼續
這樣子會影響運動的效果嗎?
另外請問有沒有讓自己不要喘到氣喘快發作的游法...XD
超級困擾的啊@^@
