晚餐:魯味(跟朋友吃飯)or永和豆漿(通常吃蛋餅或飯糰居多)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
工作時間:如果沒有學校代課通常是10點起床,有代課是6點多
學校下了課晚上5點到10點為補習班正常工作
睡眠:淺眠、品質差,通常在12點到2點不等間睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
補教跑堂教師、學校代課教師
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
上述的吃飯的狀況是之前的,朋友之前幫我用儀器量(NUSKIN工作者)的基代是一千七左右
不吃甜食但會喝飲料,吃東西不正常,一忙起來晚餐時間是晚上10點11點。目前現在正努
力改進時間,以及喝水。因為中午要有體力和小孩們奮戰,所以早餐和午餐好像很難可以
修正,想問如果要修正吃的內容的話,可以怎麼改正?而且因為是一個人在外租屋住,要
開伙也是一件不太容易的事,晚餐我想拆成兩部分,5點工作前先吃(但我不知道內容該
如何改正)爾後下班之後回家再吃些水果。運動的部分我有問過我的骨科醫師(我開過刀)
他是說叫我先瘦到70-80左右再考慮運動的部分,怕骨頭會磨損的太嚴重(可以游泳)。
所以吃的內容這樣修正是否可行?如果欠佳再請板上的大大們幫我一下~~謝謝!!
