各位肌肉沙灘版的前輩好~
我剛開始練不是很久
在做滑輪下拉練背的時候
我發現做沒幾下就開始會痠
但痠的不是背 而是手掌跟下臂
想請問一下這種情形該如何改善
不然經常背都還沒練到的感覺 手就已經沒力了
