滾筒滾大腿前側快受不了 - 健身

請問一下各位前輩
最近剛用滾筒趴著滾大腿前側,以前沒認真對待過這部分肌肉
發現實在是有夠受不了的,很痛並且大腿肌被撥動感明顯
慢慢上下滾動的路徑中會很明顯感到一塊一塊高低起伏
因為滾小腿就沒那麼明顯的撥動感和高低起伏
想知道高低起伏和超痛感主要是什麼狀況呢?
