火車便當80KG
看到數字的時候真的嚇一跳
接著就開始想,火車便當80KG該怎麼換算成平常workout的動作呢?
看起來最接近的動作應該是硬舉?
但是舉起來之後要撐著,還要做其他的動作
也就是說難度應該比硬舉高吧? 80KG的火車便當也許需要100KG的硬舉實力?
感覺很吃二頭跟肩膀?
然後腹部似乎也要加強,才能有其他動作
這樣算起來,火車便當根本就是全身運動了!(大驚)
有沒有巨巨可以幫忙分析指點一下?
越算下去越覺得80KG火車便當的實力真的是可敬可畏.....
