為什麼dip可以做得比臥推重? - 健身

今天颱風天,就把放了很久的雙槓拿出來練dip
因為一路胖到將近八十五公斤,本來以為會很難做
結果暖身暖開之後一組可以做八下...
但是如果叫我做85公斤,就算是史波多臥推,我了不起做一兩下就起不來了
想問看看為什麼dip反而可以做比較多下呢?是因為較為強壯的下胸更能出到力嗎?
順便問一下好了,為什麼滑輪下拉能做得比引體輕鬆?這是我想了很久都想不透的問題@@
