話說最近一時衝動就跑去台北健身院加了三年會籍
卯著歐巴桑的心態天天去操個兩個小時
就這麼運動了一個禮拜
以前我的食量算很大,一餐可以吃三片costco披薩
可是現在常常一碗麵吃不到半碗就吃不下了
吃豬排飯吃完豬排就吃不下飯了(以前可以吃兩份的......)
不知道是怎麼回事
