首先,我是男生。
我參考了本板與musclebeach板,了解一些重訓的基本概念。我目前最需要的是減肥,
那麼我該練的是肌力還是肌耐力呢?
如果要讓身體長肌肉,提高基本代謝,是不是從肌力開始?可是musclebeach板的一篇
文章,則是建議新手應該先練肌耐力。(不過那篇文章並不是強調減肥)
