最近一直在研究菜單
不過開始漸漸覺得雞胸肉
配大蒜粉、黑胡椒、義式香料 有點膩了
爬文時意外發現有無糖花生醬這選擇
不過正反兩派有許多不同意見
有人說熱量高,根本不值得
只適用給生酮飲食的人使用
我本身只有實施規律運動跟低醣而已
想說晚餐一塊雞胸肉抹上花生醬,搭配玉米筍跟小胡蘿蔔應該很讚
板上有什麼建議嗎
