最近這兩個月有在運動
早餐也有喝無糖豆漿的習慣
晚上運動完有時也會喝一杯
撇除統一化工廠的疑慮
豆漿喝太多會不會有甚麼副作用呀
最多是兩杯 統一無糖豆漿
