熬夜跟睡飽跟減肥的關係 - 減肥

雖然小弟已經知道熬夜的話對於減肥是有反效果的
但上面看到一篇新聞是說要減肥的話是要"睡飽"八小時
所以想請問一下如果晚睡(凌晨2、3點睡)
但都有睡滿八~九小時
那這樣是否就不等於熬夜呢??
還有如果沒有熬夜、但睡眠品質不好(中間可能因為諸多因素醒來)
這樣也會有影響嗎?
